Shipments should be received within 3 - 10 days from order date.
Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Product must be unopened and you must call ahead for a return authorization. Damaged or defective items and shipment errors may be returned by first notifying us by phone or letter and requesting a return authorization. After a return authorization is issued, we must receive the return within 10 days. If items are not received within 10 days, the customer will be charged the current wholesale price for those products. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all returns not due to damage or shipment error. Returns for credit or exchange only. |
